The safety of my clients and our community is of the utmost importance as we navigate our world with COVID-19. Here is what you can expect moving forward with both in-person and telehealth sessions at Shannon Gordon Therapy.
I am keeping close tabs on myself and family for any COVID-19 symptoms and will be rescheduling appointments if there is any concern of illness.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (Ex. Cough, Fever, Shortness of Breath, or Flu-like symptoms) I ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fee for in-person appointments cancelled due to illness.
I will continue to offer online sessions as well as open up a limited number of in-person sessions. Scheduling has been modified to ensure adequate time for cleaning and sanitizing the office space in between clients.
The office space and waiting room has been set up to accommodate social distancing. This will allow a minimum of 6 feet (2 meters) of distance between the client and therapist during sessions.
Face Masks and PPE
Face masks will not be required during your visit as we can accommodate social distancing. As always, I am committed to creating a comfortable environment for my clients and if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please do so. If you would like me to wear a mask please do not hesitate to ask.
Hand sanitizer will be available in the waiting room. Please sanitize your hands when you enter the office and again on your way out.
I will continue to accept e-transfers and credit card payments but will no longer accept cash. E-transfers can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can add your credit card information to your Jane account.
